As One Norgine we are building a healthier world

In the UK, Norgine employs around 650 people and over 1,000 people across 14 European sites. Dynamism, flexibility and teamwork are at the heart of what we do. That’s what makes us different.

We offer employees the flexibility to try new challenges and give them the opportunity to enhance their skills through targeted development programmes.

Our One Norgine approach enables us to promote our people internally while still recruiting external talents. This means that we have the right professional skills required in the pharmaceutical and medical device environment.

We pride ourselves on valuing our employees at all levels. Everyone has well defined roles and the tools to be successful and contribute to the company’s success.

At Norgine, we are inspired by patients to make their lives better and our people are key to this vision. To ensure we attract and retain the best talent, we work together to enable everyone to fulfil their potential and enjoy their work.

Our culture

Our core values of One Norgine, Innovation and Trustworthiness underpin all of our activities, which together with our focus upon continuous improvements in quality are fundamental to achieving our vision.

Our employees are expected to share our values in order to achieve our vision to deliver innovative products for the benefits of patients, and all other stakeholders.

Equal opportunity

We support and manage according to the principle of equal opportunity. All employment related matters, including without limitation, recruitment, promotion, training, compensation and benefits, and discipline are made fairly based on qualifications, performance record, abilities and other objective criteria.

We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment based upon race, religion, creed, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, age or any other relevant category. We draw upon the diversity of our workforce, which is one of our many strengths. Our continued success depends upon developing and promoting the talents of Norgine Personnel and rewarding all individuals fairly. This is central to our One Norgine ethos.
